03 / Manufacturing details
From design intent to manufacturable parts.
The client supplied renderings, CAD drawings, dimensions, material requirements and colour references. FABRITERA developed fabrication details around the geometry, material interfaces, connections and transport requirements.

Coordinate the interfaces
Develop connections and the interfaces between stainless steel, glass, acrylic and lighting.
Prepare sectional products for transport
Fully pre-assemble products that ship in sections, check their fit, then disassemble, number, protect and pack them.
The work described here is fabrication-oriented detailing. Structural calculations, certified engineering reports and statutory design services require separate arrangements through the project team.

Complete finished products receive final quality inspection. Products that must ship in sections are fully pre-assembled and checked before disassembly, numbering, protection and packing.
