Concept → Trial Fit → Installed
The client supplied renderings, CAD drawings, dimensions, material requirements and colour references. FABRITERA coordinated the engineering and production path required to resolve whether each concept could be manufactured, transported and installed reliably.

Buildability decision
The original CAD called for a one-piece welded configuration on the suspended decorative frames. When the client raised concerns about container space, the completed structure was separated, re-engineered with bolted connections and refinished.

Transport-ready construction
The booth partitions were the largest elements in the package. Each was divided into six transportable sections, fully assembled at our facility to verify alignment and overall fit, then dismantled for protected shipment.
This process reduced installation uncertainty while allowing the completed architectural form to travel in manageable modules.
Final control
After fabrication and surface treatment, all components returned to our facility for LED integration, final detailing, testing, identification and packing.
