FABRITERA provides fabrication-oriented engineering and detailing. Structural calculations, certified engineering reports or statutory design services are not included unless separately arranged through the project team.

Manufacturing decisions are developed around how the metalwork will be made, finished and assembled. The process can include cutting, forming, welding, surface preparation and finishing, according to the product.
For complex work, geometry, segmentation and connection methods are considered before fabrication begins.

03 / Assembly & fit

Prepare the next step.
Products that need to be shipped in sections and reassembled on site are fully preassembled and checked in the factory, then dismantled, numbered, protected and packed.
Products manufactured and delivered as a complete unit proceed directly through final quality inspection.
Before PVD finishing
Structure, module fit and connection points are checked.
After PVD finishing
The finished parts are assembled again to confirm final fit before packing.
The sequence shown is a specific product example. Assembly and inspection stages are planned for each product and delivery method.

Quality control and delivery preparation connect the finished metalwork with what happens next: protection, transport and assembly at its destination.
Identified and protected
For products delivered in sections, component identification, protective wrapping and packing are arranged with the reassembly sequence in mind. Drawings, assembly records and project-specific hardware are provided as agreed for the project.
