Fabrication Engineering
After the project direction is confirmed, design information is developed into practical fabrication details, connections, product segmentation, assembly logic and installation information.
Where required after order confirmation, this may include shop drawings, fabrication drawings, connection details, segmentation drawings, installation drawings and numbering drawings.
In-house Fabrication & Finishing
Cutting, bending, welding and grinding are handled in-house, together with a wide range of decorative and architectural surface finishes, including brushed, hairline, mirror, etched, antique, textured and PVD-coated finishes.
Additional finish options are available to suit the visual and performance requirements of each project.

Stainless steel, glass, acrylic and integrated lighting are developed as parts of one finished assembly, with interfaces, fixing conditions, wiring routes and visible details considered together.
Quality Verification & Pre-assembly Where Required
Complete finished products receive quality inspection. Products that must ship in sections are fully pre-assembled, checked, disassembled, numbered and packed.
Identification, Packing & Delivery Preparation
Components are marked and numbered before packing, with protection and packing methods selected around the product, transport requirements and intended installation sequence.
For overseas projects, installation is normally completed by the customer's local team. FABRITERA may provide remote installation support where required.

Yes. FABRITERA reviews drawings and project information from a manufacturing perspective, including structure, materials, fabrication methods and relevant technical requirements. Issues that may affect manufacturability, assembly, transportation or the finished result are discussed before production.
What happens if the original design is difficult to manufacture?
FABRITERA does not change the customer's design without approval. If a detail is impractical to manufacture, we explain the issue and propose a more manufacturable solution while preserving the original design intent as closely as possible. Relevant changes are confirmed before production.
How are products inspected before shipment?
Inspection depends on the product and project requirements. It may include dimensional, appearance, surface-finish and structural checks, together with assembly verification where applicable. Relevant production, inspection or packing records can be provided according to customer requirements.
When is factory pre-assembly required?
Complete finished units receive quality inspection and do not require a separate trial-assembly stage. When a product must be divided into sections for transportation, it is fully pre-assembled at the factory to verify fit, alignment and connections, then disassembled, numbered, protected and packed.
