Manufacturing & Delivery Case · Barcelona, Spain
Seven product families translated from renderings, CAD drawings and dimension schedules into 67 trial-fitted assemblies, completed and shipped in 35 days.
A contractor needed one coordinated production path for stainless steel, acrylic, fluted glass, PVD finishes and warm lighting.
One coordinated package
Different geometries, finishes and mixed-material interfaces were controlled under one engineering, trial-fit and delivery workflow.

The critical item
Each of the eight booths had a converging domed roof. Dozens of bars of different lengths and curvatures had to meet at a compact top ring while preserving comfortable seating clearance and an open visual rhythm.

Manufacturing response
During the first full assembly, individually correct curved bars accumulated alignment error at the top. Production was reorganised around the top ring as the fixed reference.
Designed to travel
Every birdcage was trial assembled as a complete 3.2-metre structure, then separated into four main panels plus the quartered top ring. Larger panels were nested around smaller panels for packing.
Verification
All 67 assemblies were checked in the factory before protective EPE packing and sea shipment. Complex units were reassembled after surface treatment to verify that finish, geometry and connections still aligned.
