02 / Glass-to-metal connection
A clean visible connection.
The client wanted large stainless-steel and glass partitions with the fixing adhesive concealed from the finished visible surface.
Coordinate the glass and frame
The client approved a change to single-sided tempered glass. Glass-edge details and reserved gaps within the frame were coordinated so the glass could be positioned before adhesive fixing.
The interior reference shows the intended appearance. The close view shows the visible glass-to-frame relationship.

From fabrication details to finished partitions.
Frame fabrication, mirror finishing and glass integration followed the agreed project details.
Develop the fabrication details
Coordinate the frame geometry, glass interfaces and assembly connections before production.
Fabricate and finish
Manufacture the stainless-steel frames, prepare the mirror finish and integrate the glass.
Check the finished products
All seven completed partitions received final quality inspection. The two sectional units were fully pre-assembled to check fit, alignment and connections before disassembly, numbering and packing.
The detailing described here is fabrication-oriented. Structural calculations, certified engineering reports and statutory design services require separate arrangements through the project team.
04 / Site access & installation
Two oversized units. A third-floor access constraint.
The two largest partitions could not pass through the available elevator and internal handling route as complete structures. Each was manufactured in two sections, then lifted to the third floor for site assembly.
Plan the division before fabrication
The drawing records the frame geometry and division line. Select it to inspect the complete drawing.
Only the two oversized units required the sectional transport and crane-lifting arrangement.
The factory verification step is described above; the photographs below show the subsequent site stages.
These photographs show different stages of the site work. After lifting, the sections were assembled and welded at the restaurant; the connection areas were treated to maintain a consistent visible finish.

The completed package brought seven custom stainless-steel and glass partitions into the restaurant, including the two oversized units made for sectional handling.
