03 / Curved-glass detailing
Coordinate the glass curve and metal interfaces.
The curved partition brought horizontal stainless-steel members against textured tempered glass. Fabrication detailing coordinated the actual glass profile, connection fit and concealed wiring.

05 / Quality & shipment

The 72 assemblies were checked before protective packing. Completed products received final inspection; products shipping in sections were fully pre-assembled to check fit and connections before disassembly, numbering and packing.

Protective packing and sea shipment
Separated components were numbered and protected with EPE packing. The package was loaded into a 40-foot sea container.
The client's local team handled installation with remote video guidance from FABRITERA.
The work described is fabrication-oriented detailing. Structural calculations, certified engineering reports and statutory design services require separate arrangements through the project team.
Project delivery
72 assemblies. A 26-day project.
The seven-type package was completed, checked and prepared for sea shipment in August 2023.
